Recommended for: Physicians, Nurses, Paramedics/CCTs and other healthcare professionals  requiring ACLS certification 

Cost:  $125.00 (no charge for MAS employees) - payment due (cash or check) on the day of the course

Text:  ACLS Provider Manual (80-1088) - available through Mohawk Ambulance or laerdal.com

A score of 80% of better on the pretest is required.  Completed pretest to be submitted at the beginning of the course.  Pretest is located on the CD in the textbook.  CD in text can be used multiple times in case a score of 80% is not initially achieved or for multiple people.  Make sure to take the pretest on a computer that is attached to a printer as you cannot save the results.
